SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Video fluorescent device for diagnostics in the near infrared range when performing open operations comprises a white light source, an exciting radiation source, a colour video camera, a monochrome video camera of the near infrared range, an emission light filter, a computer with a display, on the screen of which images of an object in reflected white light and infrared fluorescence light are displayed in the form of two windows, wherein said video cameras contain built-in lenses installed so that their optical axes intersect in the plane of the surgical field. It is expedient that the emission light filter is installed in front of the built-in lens of the monochrome video camera of the near infrared range. It is also expedient to use light-emitting diodes as white light and exciting radiation sources, preferably, that the exciting radiation source radiates in range from 750 nm to 800 nm. Arrangement of sources and video cameras in a common housing allows making the optical system in the form of an external optical head with possibility of its use in manual mode.

EFFECT: use of this invention will provide cheaper manufacturing of the device due to simplification of the imaging unit by excluding a number of optical and mechanical elements in it and using video cameras with built-in standard lenses.
