SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to reduction of localized fat in a subject. Composition for localized fat reduction contains active ingredients consisting of (i) phosphatidylcholine and (ii) at least one substance, selected from glycocholic acid (GCA), taurocholic acid (TCA) and a salt thereof, where the molar ratio (ii) to (i) in the composition ranges from 0.7 to 3.0. Also disclosed are a preparation for removing localized fat deposits in a subject, kits for reducing or removing localized fat deposits, method of producing an injectable composition to reduce localized fat, a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for nonsurgical removal of localized fat, method of removing localized fat deposit in a subject and a method for nonsurgical removal of localized fat deposit in a subject.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides reducing localized fat without pain syndrome, edema and side effect.
