FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for development of oil reservoirs of multi-layer deposits, including oil and gas or gas-condensate formations. Method for development of oil reservoir of multi-layer oil and gas condensate deposit includes drilling of wells according to one of known area or line systems of wells arrangement, oil formation opening, oil production and reduction of formation pressure not lower than saturation pressure of formation oil by gas, opening of gas or gas condensate formation, non-compressor gas pumping. Performing simultaneous separate extraction and non-compressor gas pumping through wells intended for maintaining formation pressure in oil reservoir. Pressure, temperature and flow rate of injected gas are controlled at wellhead. Control of flow rate of injected gas along wells is carried out by shunting at well head.

EFFECT: higher oil recovery of oil formation with reduction of costs for equipment associated with gas pumping, due to use of gas of gas or gas condensate formations without application of equipment to increase its pressure with provision of control and regulation of pressure and flow rate of pumped agent.
