FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to forecasting and optimization of the service life of a gas turbine. For this purpose a device and a method for determining estimated remaining life service of a gas turbine rotor are proposed, comprising gas turbine control and obtaining the operation conditions of the gas turbine on the computer; checking the gas turbine rotor and obtaining the check result of the gas turbine rotor; updating the database for the turbine park of the gas turbines class, having a common set of characteristics corresponding to a given gas turbine, based on operating conditions of the gas turbine rotor and the check result of the gas turbine rotor; and calculating the estimated remaining service life of the gas turbine rotor and the associated risk of extending the service life, while the calculating pitch also comprises: measuring the independent variables of the gas turbine; and the use of physical models of the gas turbine based on the plurality of the independent variables.
EFFECT: invention provides increased accuracy in determining the service life of the gas turbine.
