SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing rubber masterbatch. Disclosed is a method of producing silicon dioxide masterbatch, comprising the following steps: (a) mixing silicon dioxide, a solvent and a silane coupling agent; (b) refluxing a solvent for hydrophobisation of silicon dioxide and/or heating silicon dioxide, a solvent and a silane coupling agent; (c) adding a solution of solution rubber and process oil to form a mixture; (d) distillation and coagulation of mixture and (e) separation of rubber crumbs filled with silicon dioxide. Also disclosed is a method of producing a masterbatch of silicon dioxide with a solution rubber and emulsion rubber, a method of making an emulsion of emulsified caoutchouc and then a masterbatch of silicon dioxide and solution rubber, method of producing a masterbatch of silicon dioxide and rubber made in solution (embodiments), a method of making a tire, a method of making articles from rubber.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of masterbatch properties due to uniform distribution of additives.
