SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Information transmission method includes: obtaining by the terminal device of the first sequence used to obtain a sequence conveying feedback information for downlink data; determining, by the terminal device, the target feedback information for the downlink target data according to the downlink target data transmitted by the network device; determination by the terminal device of the target offset value corresponding to the target feedback information from the plurality of offset values according to the feedback target information and a transformation ratio representing a corresponding relationship between the plurality of offset values and the sequence numbers of the sequences used to carry the plurality of feedback information types; determination by the terminal device of the second sequence carrying the target feedback information according to the first sequence and the target offset value and sending the second device to the network device by the terminal device of the second sequence.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of efficiently obtaining a sequence capable of transferring uplink control information.
