SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication and is intended for uplink signal transmission. Method includes: determining, by a network device, a physical resource used in a temporary time dispatching unit for transmitting an uplink control signal; and reception by the network device of the uplink control signal in the physical resource used to transmit the uplink control signal, wherein the uplink control signal is transmitted using a wave signal with multiplexing with orthogonal frequency division of channels with a cyclic prefix (CP-OFDM). According to various embodiments of the present invention, an uplink control signal is transmitted using a CP-OFDM waveform and using multi-carrier transmission.

EFFECT: technical result is higher flexibility of physical resource configuration for control signal of uplink.
