SUBSTANCE: method for transmitting uplink control information (UCI) includes following stages: a terminal communication device determines a set of resources of an uplink control channel according to the first number of bits determined according to high-level parameters. The terminal communication device receives configuration information transmitted by a network communication device and indicating a resource of the uplink control channel in the set of resources of the uplink control channel. It determines the first uplink control information (UCI) to be transmitted, according to a channel format corresponding to the resource of the uplink control channel, wherein the number of bits occupied by the first uplink control information (UCI) is less than or equal to the first number of bits. The terminal device transmits the first uplink control information (UCI) in the resource of the uplink control channel using the specified channel format.
EFFECT: improvement of the transmission coefficient of uplink control information (UCI).
