FIELD: chemical industry, food-processing and other branches of industry, agriculture, in particular, equipment for drying of thermolabile bulk material in oscillating operating mode.
SUBSTANCE: drier has casing divided by gas distributing grids for material layer into annular chambers arranged in tiers. Annual chambers are provided with central generatrix and communicated with one another through transfer windows in grids. Said chambers are equipped with first partition. Lower and upper chambers are respectively connected to gas supply and gas discharge boxes. Second partition is positioned in each chamber and adapted for dividing, in conjunction with first partition, of volume above layer into two sections. Gas supply and gas discharge boxes are divided by vertical partition into two sections corresponding to sections of annular chambers for independent supplying and discharge therefrom of gas of different temperature. Partitions in annular chambers are arranged at an angle equal to angle of discharge of air flow from fluidized bed of bulk material. Central generatrix of annular chambers is made conical.
EFFECT: simplified construction and high quality of drying of fine-grained material.
