FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to unregulated DC to AC voltage converters of rectangular shape with a duty ratio of two. Technical result is achieved due to that in bridge self-excited voltage converter there are additional sources of saturation of lower transistors, as well as balancing resistors in basic circuits and feedback resistor in emitter circuits of upper transistors. Essence of invention is explained in fig. 1, where electric circuit of bridge self-excited voltage converter is presented.
EFFECT: technical result of present invention is to reduce power loss on transistors of bridge self-excited voltage converter by introducing saturation sources of lower transistors, as well as improving the shape of rectangular alternating voltage and improving reliability by reducing the saturation transformer magnetization current by introducing balancing resistors in the basic circuits and the feedback resistor in the emitter circuits of the upper transistors.
