FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to unregulated DC-to-AC converters, and can be used to power ground, sea and aerospace-based electronic equipment. The effect is achieved by introducing a pre-starting device for a master oscillator with its subsequent switching to a secondary power source, as well as using a bridge voltage converter built on a complementary pair of MIS transistors.
EFFECT: increasing reliability of the voltage converter by reducing the voltage across the power transistors in the bridge circuit of the voltage converter and reducing the power loss in the master oscillator by switching it to a secondary power source.
