FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, specifically to electroconductive molded articles with an internal positive temperature coefficient (PTC), which are obtained from a composition comprising at least one organic matrix polymer (composite component A), at least one submicrometer or nanosized electroconductive additive (composite component B) and at least one material with reversible phases with phase transition temperature in range from -42 °C to +150 °C (composite component D). Material with reversible phases is included in organic network (composite component C). Said molded articles are produced by injection molding. Electrically conductive molded product with inner PTC effect represents, in particular, a thread, fiber, spunbonded nonwoven material, foam plastic, film, foil or article made by injection molding. Switching point for PTC behavior depends on the type, as well as on temperature of phase transformation of material with reversible phases. For example, self-regulated surface heater in form of foil and/or fabric can be obtained by this method.
EFFECT: high stability of electrical and thermal properties of molded articles with PTC.
