FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for reducing retraction of the patient's open fascia edges, having an open soft tissue defect, and a kit for treating an open soft tissue defect. Device for reducing retraction of patient's open fascia edges, having open defect of soft tissues, comprises retaining element, configured to be fixed relative to the patient at a first distance from the patient, and a fastening element comprising at least two attachment points, made with possibility of attachment of tensioning devices made with possibility of connection with fascia edge. Fastening element is connected to retaining element so that to be located at second distance from patient, which is smaller than first distance, wherein fastening element is connected with retaining element by means of solely one element of transfer of tension force. Kit for treating an open soft tissue defect comprises at least one soft tissue defect filling pad, as well as said device for reducing retraction of patient's open fascia edges.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to ensure tight closing of the negative pressure area using as few hands movements as possible.
