SOFT TISSUE GRADUATED STRETCHING SYSTEM FOR TREATING EXTENSIVE WOUND DEFECTS Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC A61B17/03

Abstract RU 2840708 C1

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a soft tissue graduated stretching system for treating extensive wound defects. System for graduated stretching of soft tissues for treating extensive wound defects comprises an attachment to a wound surface, a coupling element and a dynamometer. Attachment to the wound surface is made in the form of pins for skin puncture. Connection element is made in the form of an elastic non-stretching thread connecting the attachment to the wound surfaces with a tension control unit configured to perform continuous automatic correction of the tension force. Tension control unit comprises a housing, a stretching element in the form of a spiral spring, which is made to create a tension force, and a feedback system in the form of a drive made with possibility of cocking the spiral spring when the dynamometer value is reduced to a threshold value.

EFFECT: using the invention enables to provide graduated stretching of tissues with tension force control without loss of functionality or initial characteristics of components.
