FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Intracorporal surgical retractor of tissues includes a fixator, selectively placed in the first tissue, not subjected to retraction, and a clamp. Clamp is selectively placed on the second tissue subjected to retraction. Support, selectively moved in longitudinal direction, can be inserted through the fixator and attached, basically, to the distal end of the moving support to the clamp. User placement interface can be connected with a movable support and has a proximal end. User can manipulate the proximal end extracorporally. Distal end detachably attached to the fixator and the clamp, is designed with a view to a possibility of intracorporal placement of the fixator in the first tissue, and of the clamp - on the second tissue.
EFFECT: user interface includes a first executive link with a tool for the fixator positioning ensuring selective placement of the fixator in the first tissue, as well as the second executive allowing to selectively open and close the clamp jaws.
