SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1, comprising steps: 1) reacting a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1–1 with ammonium chloride and sodium cyanide or potassium cyanide, followed by reaction with an acid to obtain a compound, represented by following chemical formula 1–2; 2) reacting a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1–2 with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate, to obtain a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1–3, where the amine protecting group (P) is tert-butoxycarbonyl (Boc); 3) reacting compound, represented by following chemical formula 1–3, with malonate of methylalkyl or malonate of methyl sodium, carbonyldiimidazole and magnesium halide with subsequent reaction with an acid to obtain a compound, represented by following chemical formula 1–4; 4) reacting a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1–4 with N, N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal to obtain a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1–5; 5) reacting a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1–5 with dimethyl sulphate to obtain a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1–6; and 6) reacting a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1–6 with an acid to obtain a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1.

EFFECT: technical result is a novel method of producing a compound of formula 1 with high output, which is an intermediate compound for producing 4-methoxypyrrol, which can be used in medicine.
