FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to gene engineering structures for angiogenesis stimulation, and can be used in medicine for treating diseases caused by blood tissue disorders. Disclosed is a plasmid bicistronic construct carrying the human hepatocyte growth factor hHGF gene and the vascular endothelial growth factor hVEGF165 gene with two separate promoters for each of the genes: cytomegalovirus promoter - pCMV for HGF gene and gene promoter chicken β-actin - pCAG for VEGF165 gene. Bicistronic structure can be used as a medicinal agent for stimulating angiogenesis, growth and remodeling of vessels, as well as restoration of blood supply in ischemic tissues.
EFFECT: invention enables achieving optimal concentrations and ratio of angiogenic growth factors (AGF).
