SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air fryer (100) containing container (101), heating device located above container (101), support (102) for food product, located in container (101) and having air permeable lower part (102), baffle (104; 204; 304; 404; 504; 604), dividing area into container into first compartment (1011), placing support (102) for food product, and second compartment (1012) located under first compartment (1011), and guide element (105) located on lower wall (1013) of container (101). Partition (104) at least partially blocks heat transfer from first compartment (1011) to second compartment (1012) and directs substances falling from air-permeable lower part (1021) of support (102) for food product into first compartment (1011), into second compartment (1012).
EFFECT: air fryer (100) reduces steam generation during cooking.
