FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining and can be used in production of petroleum hydraulic oils. Invention relates to a method of producing a petroleum oil base, in which low-viscosity hydrotreated naphthene oil, polyalphaolefin oil PAO-2 and ionol are used as raw material, from low-viscosity hydrotreated oil, the desired fraction is extracted by vacuum stripping of the light fraction until the flash point in the closed still remains crucible is not lower than 120 °C, then adsorptive purification of bottom residue as target fraction until refraction index is not more than 1.4700, purified target fraction is mixed with PAO-2, having refraction index of not more than 1.4440, at temperature of 60–90 °C in ratio within specified with provision of standard quality indicators, after which introduction of ionol into mixture and stirring at temperature of 60–90 °C to obtain a base oil, with the following ratio of components, pts. wt.: purified target fraction low-viscosity hydrotreated naphthene oil 65–75 polyalphaolein oil PAO-2 25–35 ionol 0.14–0.16. Invention also relates to an embodiment of the method.

EFFECT: technical result is wider range of technologies for obtaining default base for petroleum oils with improved quality indicators used in aerospace engineering, and reduced fire and explosion hazard of method of obtaining base hydraulic oils.
