FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry. Free connective tissue graft is taken from the palate, the surgical needle with the suture is pricked into the vestibular mucoperiosteal graft at first medially. That is followed by medial and distal prick-in into the free connective tissue graft. It is pricked in vestibular mucoperiosteal flap distally. Fibres ends are fixed with Mosquito-type blood-stopping clamp. Surgical needle with a medial suture is inserted into an oral mucoperiosteal flap. Then the oral mucous-periosteal flap is pricked in, distal ends of the suture are fixed with a second Mosquito-type blood-stopping clamp. Then the wound edges are separated and the surgical field is visualized by the Mosquito-type blood-stopping clamps, after surgical manipulation with one Mosquito-type blood-stopping clamp, medial ends of threads are fixed, distal ends of threads are connected by interrupted suture, then clamp is removed from medial ends of threads and interconnected by interrupted suture.

EFFECT: method allows positioning and fixing a free connective tissue graft from the palate, visualizing and suturing the wound edges with one suture.
