FIELD: nanotechnology; pharmacology; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, pharmacology, cosmetic and food industry, specifically to a method of producing eucalyptus dry extract nanocapsules. Method is characterized by that dry extract of eucalyptus is added to a suspension of xanthum gum in isopropanol in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring at 800 rpm, sulfuric ether is then poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, with the core: shell mass ratio being 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables to obtain nanocapsules of dry eucalyptus extract using a simple technique.
