SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing dry celandine nanocapsules is characterized by the fact that the dry extract of celandine is added to the guar gum suspension in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with stirring at 1000 rpm, then 5 ml of acetone are added, the resulting suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, the mass ratio of core:shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.

EFFECT: method for obtaining nanocapsules of dry celandine extract is proposed.
