SUBSTANCE: device (1) for wire manipulation for terminal device (2), including longitudinally extended first device (3) for wire direction, having first guide section (4) for wire (5) directed along this first guide section (4) and longitudinally extending second wire guide device (6) having a second guide portion (7) for guide (5), which is guided along said second guide portion (7), wherein wire handling device (1) includes carrying device (10), wherein first device (3) for guiding wire and second device (6) for guiding wire are arranged on said carrying device (10), wherein carrier (10) is installed with possibility of rotation around axis (R) of rotation, wherein the first wire guide device (3) and the second wire guide device (6) are movable relative to each other. Device (1) for manipulating wire includes wire supply device (8), wherein this device (8) for supply of wire in position (B) of supply is arranged with the possibility of movement between first device (3) for wire direction and second device (6) for wire direction.

EFFECT: technical result is device simplification.
