FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Extracorporal hinged insert contains upper connection means for fastening to first orthopedic constructive element and lower connection means for fastening to second orthopedic constructive element, installed with possibility of rotation with respect to first orthopedic constructive element, as well as connecting element between fastening devices which transmits efforts. Connecting element contains curvature-resilient, shape-stable section of material, which has transverse section with different axial planar inertia moments. Axis of smaller axial planar inertia moment is located, at least, partly, parallel to axis of rotation of orthopedic constructive elements. Section of material is twisted along its longitudinal length, with fixation with geometrical locking of hinged insert on upper and lower connection means.
EFFECT: invention provides possibility of obtaining flexible connection with spring with respect to each other action, between two orthopedic elements, in particular orthesis elements; with ensuring possibility of rotational travel around one or several specified axes.
