HARDWARE SYSTEM FOR DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01N35/00

Abstract RU 2737680 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnostic analysis. Essence of invention consists in the fact that hardware system for diagnostic analyzes comprises support structure, inside which the first refrigerating container is located to contain at least one set of antibiotics (n), contained in ampoules or flasks and diluted with liquid medium to enable their distribution in liquid phase and testing them on a set of molecules, which can be selected by the operator, possibly also in a combination of concentrations (m), to enable to create a controlled antibiotic image, and determine a minimum inhibitory concentration for each of the selected antibiotics, an analytic region in which the microplates with a plurality of sockets or wells are placed, in which a portion of the primary sample is introduced, a sample extraction and delivery unit configured to extract a portion of the primary sample from the respective test tubes and deliver it to the wells of said microplates, temperature control area of microplates containing primary samples, and a robot head configured to interact with said extraction and delivery assembly with possibility of transferring primary samples taken from the test tubes in said microplates of the analytical region, and transferring the microplates to the temperature control region, and also configured to introduce into each of microplate wells a sample in which bacteria multiplication is identified, portion of one of said antibiotics (n) in liquid form is optionally at the discretion of the operator, sent as a function of the type of the identified type of bacteria.

EFFECT: possibility of performing fully automated tests for identifying samples with subsequent creation of a synergetic antibiotic image and improved technique for determining minimum inhibitory concentration.
