SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and concerns a composition of Dimexid gel for outward application exhibiting anti-inflammatory action in the integrated treatment for relief of pain syndrome of various aetiologies (rheumatoid arthritis osteoarthrosis deformans, arthropathy, radiculitis, trigeminal neuralgia, etc.), for treatment of bruises, sprains of ligaments, traumatic infiltrates, treatment of erythema nodosum. There is offered a composition containing Dimexid, sodium carmellose (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), methylparahydroxybenzoate (Nipagin), propylparahydroxybenzoate (Nipasol) and water.
EFFECT: preparation represents a stable, accessible dosage form of Dimexid.
