FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for screening plant growth regulators, in which the test system is represented by cultures of shoots of green mosses Physcomitrella patens, Ceratodon purpureus, Atrichum tenellum. Method comprises a step of preparing a test system, which consists in selection of tips shoots from gametophores grown in standard conditions in vitro, stage of cultivation of test system, on which tops of shoots of green mosses are cultivated in petri dishes on agar medium with subsequent dissolution of analyzed substance in water and addition in form of aliquot into agar medium, and a step for analyzing the growth of the test system, wherein the growth activity index is a number of sprouts formed on one explant. Invention also relates to a system for screening plant growth regulators, comprising a test system in the form of a culture of tips of green moss shoots, petri dishes and a microscope, and to application of tops of green moss shoots for screening of plant growth regulator.

EFFECT: technical result is achieving high sensitivity and specificity of the method of screening growth substances at low concentrations of test substances, high standardization of testing process and high reproducibility of test results.
