SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a method for high-efficiency screening of plant growth regulators, a kit for screening plant growth regulators and a means of screening plant growth regulators. Method comprises using green moss spores as a cell test system, isolating green moss spores from green moss gametophores, culturing a cell test system by adding plant growth regulator candidates and analyzing the growth of the cell test system. Cellular activity of analyzed substance of plant growth regulator is represented by percentage of sprouted spores of green moss of their total number in test and control samples. Kit includes a cellular test system in the form of spores of green moss, a culture plate and a microscope. Agent represents spores of green moss.

EFFECT: invention provides high sensitivity and specificity of a homogeneous cell test system at low concentrations of test substances, high standardization of testing process and high reproducibility of test results.
