SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in growing vegetable crops in closed agrobiotechnical systems such as phytotrons and synergotrons. Method for cultivation of leaf lettuce involves one-time foliar top dressing with complex preparation of cresacin with 1-ethoxysilatrane. Treatment is carried out during the vegetation period on 18–20th day in concentration of aqueous solution of 0.05 % in drop watering and light-emitting diode illumination.

EFFECT: method allows to increase productivity and quality of grown culture.
