FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Method for increasing productivity and quality of lettuce crops during cultivation in closed system of phytotron involves using organosilicon compound as growth regulator, wherein in closed phytotron system during vegetation on 14th day after seeds sowing in conditions of hydroponic culture, aqueous solution of 1-ethoxysilatrane in concentration of 0.5-50.0 mg per 1 liter of water is applied once for foliar treatment.
EFFECT: invention allows enhancing the salad crops production quality under conditions of the closed agrobiotechnical system - phytotron.
