FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to refrigeration equipment for livestock complexes, dairy farms and farms, namely for cooling milk. The flow-through milk cooler contains a housing, a liquid-air heat exchanger, a fan with a control unit. The cooler is equipped with a tank with thermal insulation for cooling milk with a lower branch pipe for the inlet of fresh milk from the milk pipeline with a temperature of 30°С and a branch pipe for the outlet of chilled milk up to a temperature of 10-12°С and heat pipes, the evaporating zone of which is edged into a container with milk. The liquid-air heat exchanger is the condensation zone of the heat pipes blown by the fan. The transport zone of the heat pipes, which connects the evaporating and condensing zones of the heat pipes, is located in the upper part of the body in the niche reserved for the pipes. Each of the heat pipes at the outlet from the container has a seal that prevents milk from flowing out of the container.
EFFECT: due to the use of the invention, energy consumption for milk cooling is reduced.
