SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means of controlling train operation of a railroad section based on determining its throughput capacity. The system contains a traffic service employe’s workstation, including Unit 6 for entry of the parameters of a standard train schedule, Unit 7 for calculating infrastructure parameters, Unit 8 for setting train traffic conditions, Unit 9 for calculating the available throughput capacity, Unit 10 for calculating the required throughput, Unit 11 for comparing the calculations, Unit 12 for making comparisons with the set values, Computer 1 of the workstation of the traffic service employee, including Processor 2, with the first memory bank of Unit 3, Unit 4 for information entry connected to it and a monitor; data processing Unit 14, including Server 13, memory Unit 15 with a database of the infrastructure digital model, Unit 16 for generating reference information (RI), memory Unit 17 with a database of reference information, Unit 18 for generating a simulation model, with elements of artificial intelligence, Unit 19 for verification with the learning function, Unit 20 for integrating the model into the decision-making support system, Unit 21 for generating train handling options, software and hardware Ulock 22 for simulation and testing quantum computations, signal data converters 23 and 24, Unit 25 for generating a model described in quantum form, and Unit 26 for generating a model with a learning function.
