FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pressure processing and can be used for stamping compressor blades on crank-type hot-press forming presses. Die comprises top and bottom halves. Upper half has a convex working part with a lock and an elongated feather zone of trough of blade, and the lower half - a concave working part with a lock and an elongated feather zone of the blade back. Grooves are made on convex and concave parts in elongated feather zones of vane root and back. Number of grooves in each zone is defined depending on the width of the corresponding zone on the condition that the friction coefficient in the zones of intense and hindered metal flow and excluding the metal flow rate in the intensive flow zone is not increased. Depth of each groove is equal to 0.1–0.2 of maximum depth of blade airfoil. Groove width makes 1–3 from depth of each groove. Length of each groove in the upper and lower halves of the die is equal to the length of the groove along the elongated feather zone of the trough in the upper half of the die and the length of the groove along the elongated feather zone of the blade back in the lower half of the die.
EFFECT: as a result, uniform flow of metal during deformation is provided, which enables to obtain a homogeneous structure throughout the blade section.
