FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to hot forming of pre-twisted-root blades. Proposed method comprises heating the cylindrical billet, its shaping and rough and finish forming in split dies with beds. In rough forming, said billet is pre-shaped to make blade body and root. Besides, recess-shaped temporary element is made on blade surface, on back side, at blade extreme cross-sections. Blade pre-forging is effected at die bed with metal extrusion at blade predefined parts on die bottom half side. Then, for finish forming, blade forged piece is placed in finishing die. Said forged piece is clamped at temporary boss and root to make finished blade. Cavity is filled with metal to shape the forged piece as required.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality, lower costs.
