FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation measurements and can be used for determining coordinates of mobile object, for example, aircraft (AC). Substance of invention consists in specification of control law of inertial measuring unit depending on statistical characteristics of errors of installation of sensitivity axes of gyroscopes. Platformless INS tool error compensation device comprises an inertial measuring unit, which includes a laser gyroscope unit and an accelerometer unit, rotation mechanism, an inertial measuring unit electronics unit, a digital microprocessor, a navigation information interface unit, a navigation information bus, control unit of rotation mechanism, unit for determination of parameters of accelerometers, unit for determination of parameters of gyroscopes, unit for determination of parameters of skew of axes of sensitivity of gyroscopes.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining flight and navigation parameters of flight of an aircraft.
