FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely ophthalmosurgery. Intraocular lens (IOL) disposed together with a capsular sac after performing surgical approach to the dislocated IOL is used to place an aspiration tip in the pupillary lumen. Tip is fixed to the optical portion of the IOL by occlusion on an activated vacuum and reposition and IOL alignment are performed before imaging of the lens contours on the iris. Continuing to hold the IOL with a vacuum, a suture needle is delivered through the cornea and an iris under the support element to the place of its future fixation to the iris, the vacuum is switched off and the IOL support element is anchored to the iris. Then, the aspiration cannula is brought under the second support element, the cannulas are fixed to it and the reposition of the support element is performed on the included vacuum until its contour is visualized on the iris. Suture needle is inserted through the cornea and an iris under the IOL support element, the vacuum is switched off and the second support element is sutured to the iris.

EFFECT: method reduces traumatism of surgical intervention, reduces operation time, and also increases convenience of surgeon.
