FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a repair mixture (embodiments) and a repair mixture (embodiments). In method of producing repair mixture (1), comprising loading into sand gravity mixer, crushed stone of fraction up to 10 mm and 75 % portland cement from its total content, mixing said components for 3 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mixture, loading into the single-shaft horizontal mixer the remaining amount of portland cement, ground to particle size of 0.01–0.8 mm in a ball mill, superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate esters, hardening accelerator in form of sodium nitrate, an antifoaming agent, cellulose ester and mixing for 5–10 minutes, direction of obtained mixture into gravity mixer to obtained homogeneous mixture and their mixing during 3 minutes, further adding to the gravitational mixer the powdered electrocorundum pre-ground in ball mills lined with corundum rivet to particle size of 0.1–2 mcm, fibre of steel and final mixing during 3–5 minutes till ready mixture is obtained. Method of producing repair mixture (2) does not use steel fibre. Repair mixture produced by methods 1 and 2 contains cement, sand, crushed stone of fraction up to 10 mm, superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate esters, hardening accelerator in form of sodium nitrate, anti-foaming agent, cellulose ether, powdered electrocorundum at specified ratio. Repair mixture produced by method (2) does not contain a steel compound in the fibrous composition.
EFFECT: technical result is high compression and tensile strength in short time.
