FIELD: separation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation devices and plants for separation of gas-liquid flows supplied under pressure head determined by conditions of process plant. Centrifugal-vortex thermodynamic plant includes centrifugal-vortex separator containing vertical cylindrical housing 1, inlet 2, 3, 4, 5 and outlet branch pipes 6, 7, double-flow input-flow I, flow II, separation chamber 8 with swirlers 9, cylindrical insert 10 arranged in lower half of inner housing of separator in sections (A), (B) and (C), forming with walls of housing annular channel 11 for discharge of separated liquid. Near the separator there is vortex tube 12 in sections (C) and (G), to obtain cold—III and hot—IV gaseous flows, which are discharged by means of nozzles 4, 5, with control valves 13, 14 installed on them. Gas-liquid flow is fed into the separator separately by three-flow tangential lower 2 and two axial upper 4, 5 branch pipes, which are located at different elevation marks of the housing. Flow is fed via branch pipe 2 with control valves 15, 16 into cyclone device arranged in section B. Axial cold and hot flows coming out of the vortex tube are fed by branch pipes arranged in sections (G) and (E). On the edge of the lower cone is vertically fixed tightly framing it tape 18, wherein diameters of lower 17, with framing tape, and upper cones are less than inner diameter of cylindrical insert and form annular channels 21 and 23 with it. On the upper cone there is bottom 22, on which there is a separation chamber, the entrance to which is carried out through annular channel 23. In the center of the disc there is hole 27a, in which a working cylinder-conical branch pipe 28 is arranged, in the middle cylindrical part of which there is an annular branch pipe 29 with upper through holes 30, and on the conical part of the cylinder-conical branch pipe there are horizontally parallel plates 31 with equal intermediate distances. Upper base of the cone is covered by lattice partition 32. In the center of the partition there is hole 33 with a diameter equal to the inner diameter of the conical part of the nozzle and tightly adjacent to the lattice partition, and on top of it there is a framing cylinder-conical dome 34 consisting of a lower cylinder and a cone combined with it with open outlet 36 from above. In the upper part of the cavity of the cone there is tip 39 with branch pipe 40 and 7 for the separated gas output—flow V, and installed on the branch pipe of shutoff-control valve 41, which extends beyond the separator housing. In the lower still part—outlet of separated liquid—flow VI, branch pipe 6 with shutoff-control valve 42 is installed. Heat insulation layer is pearlite or liquid ceramic layer of heat insulation coating CORUNDUM.

EFFECT: invention provides separation of pressure flow of gas-liquid mixture using thermodynamic operating conditions of centrifugal-vortex separator with efficient separation of main coarse liquid phase and fine suspension and removal of liquid phase without secondary entrainment.
