FIELD: cryogenic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: gas liquefaction plant contains a heat exchanger, a vortex cooler, separation and regulating devices located in a three-section cryostat tank. In the middle section, there is a cyclone separator combined with a tubular heat exchanger. Inside the outer cylinder, a cylindrical-conical nozzle, a central pipe and an angular nozzle are coaxially placed. A vortex cooler chamber is placed on the upper horizontal partition, in which the cold end of the vortex cooler is an insert with a diaphragm. The upper end of the angular nozzle is inserted into the inner wall of the lower part of the conical hot end. A jacket with an inner ribbed surface is placed on the outer surface of the hot end. In the upper part of the jacket, there is a nozzle with a vertical pipe outlet passing through the upper horizontal partition of the middle section of the tank. In the upper section, there are separation and regulating devices containing a lid covering the hot end, as well as coaxially located inside a hollow cone with an upper bottom and with a pipe-rod for controlling the hollow cone embedded in the center, a pipe-rod placed inside it with a separation bump.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of gas liquefaction.
