FIELD: agriculture; ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology and nature management, agriculture and can be used to increase environmental sustainability and service life of lawn ecosystems, as well as for detoxification of urban areas contaminated with heavy metals soils and gardening associations of urban agglomerations. In the method, the fertilizer-sorbent used is Callovian clay, which is ground to a fraction of not more than 1 mm and uniformly embedded into urban soil at depth of 10-20 cm in dose of 1000 kg/ha in spring time period, in March-April.
EFFECT: method ensures increase of soil fertility of lawn ecosystems due to their enrichment with elements of mineral nutrition of plants, as well as reduction of toxicity of soil of gas ecosystems due to immobilization of mobile forms of lead polluting soil.
