FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport, particularly, to pipeline transport. Car body of pipeline transport has skin consisting of four consecutively stacked shells: lower plastic elastic shell (9), rigidly fixed on surface of housing, second shell in frontal part (3) of body (1) of polycarbonate (10), which is a honeycomb coating, second shell in middle and tail parts (15) of body (1), which is segmented piezoceramic sheets (16) connected to outputs (17) of control unit (13), third shell in frontal part (3) of body (1), which is segmented piezoceramic sheets (11), connected to inputs (12) of unit control (13), third shell in middle and tail parts (15) of body (1) of polycarbonate (10), which is a honeycomb coating, of fourth plastic elastic shell (14).
EFFECT: use of damping properties of skin, controlled depending on value and place of application of forces caused by action of air flow vortex on body (1) of pipeline transport, will reduce its aerodynamic resistance.
