SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Data transmission method involves: generating a target RLC PDU, wherein the RLC PDU data field contains only one full RLC SDU or only one segment of the full RLC SDU. If the RLC PDU data field includes only the entire RLC SDU, the RLC PDU does not include the sequence number (SN); if data field of RLC PDU unit includes only one inserted segment of full RLC SDU unit, RLC PDU target unit includes sequence number (SN); and the value of the sequence number (SN) included in the target RLC PDU is the same as the value of the sequence number (SN) included in the RLC PDU, which includes other cut segments of the full RLC SDU.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of non-productive consumption of radio interface transmission resources.
