FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed valve regulator for flow control valve comprises hole with flow channel formed by inner wall surface extending from hole inlet to hole outlet, wherein the hole wall inner surface forms a converging section, a divergent section and a local constriction between the convergent section and divergent section; valve seat located on wall inner wall convergent section; valve shutoff element, which moves linearly, reciprocally in flow channel for fluid medium flow control through flow channel, wherein the valve shutoff element comprises a body portion extending from the rear end to the conical front portion, which is mounted on the valve seat, the conical front portion having a tip at the distal end, and the balancing channel passes through the conical front portion outer surface and is connected to the central hole passing through the body portion, wherein the balancing channel discharges through the central hole of the valve shut-off member for aligning the first pressure along the conical front portion with the second pressure at the rear end of the body portion, wherein the balancing channel is located at a distance from the tip; and collar at joint of body part and conical front portion, wherein outer surface of conical front portion extends from collar to end, wherein the balancing channel is located between the collar and the tip, and the balancing channel is located at the first distance from the collar and at the second distance from the tip, wherein the second distance is greater than the first distance.

EFFECT: disclosed are a balanced valve regulator and a method of reducing the force of the rod on the valve stem.
