FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to three-dimensional printing technologies, in particular to filament composition for 3D printers. Filament for 3D printer comprises at least two concentrically arranged layers of thermoplastic polymer, wherein in the inner layer there are crushed reinforcing fibres, and graphene or its derivatives are added to the outer layer.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by using such filament is reduced abrasive wear of parts of 3D printers by preventing protrusion of ends of reinforcing fibres from polymer, as well as obtaining strong and rigid printed articles with reduced warping during printing and heat shrinkage after printing, also characterized by reduced hygroscopicity and high antistatic properties.
