Cylindrical element (3) is made with buoyancy, which makes main part buoyancy of floating structure (1), wherein cylindrical element (3) is made with weight, which makes main part of weight of floating structure (1).

EFFECT: structure is capable of withstanding waves, wind and current and ensures breeding of fish and aquatic exoskeleton animals in open sea conditions.
