FIELD: quantum standards of time and frequency.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quantum standards of time and frequency. Quantum frequency discriminator comprises a two-layer body of cylindrical shape, which is a magnetic shield, a Barker coil for creating a uniform magnetic field, a gas cell, besides, outer layer of the above housing additionally contains inlet and rear end plugs, as well as hole for installation of polariser and wave plate; inner layer is formed by a hollow cylinder, inside which according to the Matreshka principle, a Barker coil, a cylindrical heat-insulating jacket, a cylindrical heater with a heater, in the main cavity of which there is a gas cell, and in the middle of side surface of said stove there are two additional cavities for installation in them of reference and control thermistor and hole creating zone of minimum temperature. Ends of said stove are closed by heat-insulating washers with axial holes for laser beam; ends of inner layer of housing are closed by covers, on which there are input and output insulators; in the output isolator there is a niche for installation of the photodetector, and between the rear end plug and the niche for installation of the photodetector there is an intermediate ring for provision of electrical insulation.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing stable parameters of quantum discriminator medium and simplification of its manufacturing.
