SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and can be used in seismic exploration for a terrain with a crossed terrain and/or a dense vegetation area. Method includes the following steps: determination (200) of geometry of collection of array of seismic data by indicating specific location of multiple seismic sources and location of plurality of seismic receivers; exciting (202) a seismic signal using at least one first seismic source from said plurality of seismic sources; measurement (204) using said plurality of seismic detectors of the respective soil oscillations caused by said at least one first seismic source, to obtain first array of seismic data; processing (206) of the first array of seismic data; change (214) of the geometry of collecting the first array of seismic data by specifying a specific location of at least an additional seismic source and/or location of at least additional seismic receiver, based on analysis of said processed first array of seismic data.

EFFECT: technical result is insurance of an image of the geological environment of good quality, even for terrain with a crossed terrain and/or terrain with dense vegetation.
