FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of making a part with a substrate from a nickel-based mono-crystal superalloy with a multilayer coating and an alumina layer, as well as to said part. Said method comprises making a substrate from a nickel-based mono-crystal superalloy, forming on the substrate a multilayer coating comprising at least one layer of a first type, containing aluminum and platinum, at least one layer of the second type containing aluminum, silicon and platinum, and layer of the third type containing nickel, aluminum, silicon and platinum. Said layer of the third type is the most distant from the substrate and is the upper layer of the multilayer coating. On layer of the third type there formed is an alumina layer with silicon additive.
EFFECT: obtaining a substrate from a nickel-based monocrystalline superalloy with a multilayer coating and an alumina layer with limitation of mutual diffusion between superalloy substrate and layers of said coating without reducing mechanical properties of superalloy, with limitation of oxidation along grain boundaries of alumina layer and increase in durability of coated substrate.
