FIELD: corrosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods for protecting a detail made of a single-crystal, hafnium-free nickel-based superalloy from corrosion and oxidation. The detail is made of the specified alloy, the first layer of hafnium, a sublayer of an alloy containing at least 10 atomic % of aluminum and a second layer of hafnium are applied to the detail simultaneously or alternately to form a mixed layer. Then the third layer of hafnium is applied. Further, a diffusion treatment is carried out to ensure that the first hafnium layer is diffused to form a first mutual diffusion zone in the upper part of the detail and the third hafnium layer is diffused to form a second mutual diffusion zone on the surface of the said mixed layer. The second zone of mutual diffusion is oxidized after diffusion treatment to form an alumina layer containing hafnium on the surface of the second zone of mutual diffusion. In another embodiment of the invention, after applying the first layer of hafnium to the detail, a diffusion treatment is carried out to ensure that the first layer of hafnium diffuses to form the first zone of mutual diffusion on the surface of the detail. The above-mentioned mixed layer and the third layer of hafnium are applied and the diffusion treatment is carried out to ensure the diffusion of the third layer of hafnium to form a second zone of mutual diffusion on the surface of the mixed layer.
EFFECT: increased protection of details made of single-crystal, hafnium-free nickel-based superalloy from corrosion and oxidation.
