FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a turbine part, such as a turbine blade or, for example, a nozzle device blade, containing substrate made of a monocrystal superalloy based on nickel, containing rhenium and/or ruthenium, as well as γ’-Ni3Al phase prevailing in volume, and γ-Ni phase, while the part also contains a sublayer of a metal superalloy based on nickel, covering substrate. According to the invention, the sublayer contains γ’-Ni3Al phase prevailing in volume, while the sublayer contains an average atomic fraction of aluminum in the amount from 0.15 to 0.25, chromium in the amount from 0.03 to 0.08, platinum in the amount from 0.01 to 0.05, hafnium in the amount of less than 0.01, and silicon in the amount of less than 0.01. A method for the manufacture of a turbine part includes a stage of vacuum application of the sublayer of the superalloy based on nickel, containing γ’-Ni3Al phase prevailing in volume, to substrate of the superalloy based on nickel with a rhenium and/or ruthenium content, while the sublayer contains an average atomic fraction of aluminum in the amount from 0.15 to 0.25, chromium in the amount from 0.03 to 0.08, platinum in the amount from 0.01 to 0.05, hafnium in the amount of less than 0.01, and silicon in the amount of less than 0.01.
EFFECT: protection from oxidation and corrosion of a turbine part of superalloy, and increase in its service life during the operation compared to known parts, as well as prevention or limitation of the formation of secondary reaction zones in substrate and exfoliation of a protective layer of aluminum oxide.
